Personalised oral health coaching for you or your family, not generic advice, but a deep look at your specific routine, your child's needs, and the habits that will actually stick in your household.

What's included:

✔ Session 1 (45 min) — Assessment via zoom, a comprehensive review of your current routine. We'll go through your intake form together, identify what's working and what needs to change, and build a personalised oral health plan curated especially for your family + a tailored product shopping list.

✔ Session 2 (45 min) — Check-in & Coaching, 2–3 weeks later. We'll reinforce what's going well and troubleshoot what isn't. You'll get practical behaviour change strategies specific to you and your family routine, plus a written email summary after the session.

✔ Curated oral health plan (PDF)

✔ Product recommendations + shopping list tailored to your family

✔ Free Truthbrush tracker included

✔ Email follow-up after each session

Optional add-on: A third follow-up session is available after Session 2 for $100 — offered at that point for families who want continued support. No pressure, and not required upfront.
