1:1 Oral Health Coaching Package (1/2 instalments)

This is the first of two payments for your 1:1 Oral Health Coaching Package with Emily at Tooth Be Told.

Your first payment of $220 covers:

• Pre-session intake form review
• Your first 45-minute family assessment via Zoom
• Your Truthbrush tracker - shipped to you before Session 1

Once payment is received, Emily will be in touch to send your intake form, arrange delivery of your Truthbrush, and confirm your Session 1 Zoom date.

Your second and final payment of $140 is due before Session 2 is confirmed and will include your personalized family oral health plan, product recommendations and shopping list, email follow-ups and your second zoom session.
